Handling Time:
Our ceramics are carefully packaged and often double-boxed to prevent damage during shipping. Therefore, please allow some time for us to prepare your order. Typically, orders are dispatched within 3 business days upon payment approval.

Shipping Methods:
Packages within the Netherlands and Europe will be sent via PostNL. You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days (Netherlands) or 3-5 business days (Europe) after shipment. We'll provide a confirmation with a tracking number.

Pick-Up Points:
If you anticipate being frequently unavailable during delivery hours, please leave a message upon checkout requesting delivery to the nearest pick-up point. This minimises the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

International Shipping:
If your country is not listed as a shipping destination during checkout, please email us at Info@ikkaiceramics.nl for estimated shipping costs. Once your package leaves our studio, it's under the jurisdiction of your country's postal service and customs.

Duties:
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipment costs. The cost of shipping depends on the product, destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged Goods:
Despite our careful packaging, if any damage occurs, please take photos immediately and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether it's a refund (minus shipping) or replacement. Replacement items may take up to 6 weeks to complete.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
