I’ve got a few ideas as to how this bowl will be used. For now it’s a fruit bowl. Come the summer, it’ll hold salad. But those elegant waves add a beautiful level of elegance, along with the subtle shades and speckles in the glaze. Another gorgeous piece, Abel.

It took me a while to pick out a matcha set. I was looking at a few different artists and tracking their drops, and I’m so glad I decided to go with IKKAI ceramics. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I love that with this particular color way, each piece is one of a kind. Holds my matcha whisky perfectly.
This is truly a beautiful piece, I’ve made matcha in it everyday since it’s arrived. I really appreciated how well it was packaged, it traveled a long way to the US and I watched my mailman toss it on the ground. I was worried it would get damaged in transit, but it was so thoughtfully packaged and arrived in perfect shape!
