Handling Time
Each order is carefully packaged and double-boxed to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. Please allow a little time for us to prepare your order — typically, pieces are dispatched within 3 business days after payment approval.
During shop updates, processing times may vary, as a large number of orders tend to come in at once. In those cases, please allow up to one week for us to prepare and pack your order with care.
Shipping Methods
Packages within the Netherlands and Europe are shipped via PostNL, and international orders are sent through PostNL International or partner carriers. All parcels include tracking information, which will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
If you prefer delivery to a pick-up point, please leave a note at checkout. This helps reduce handling and the chance of damage during multiple delivery attempts.

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Duties and Taxes
European Union: VAT is already included in all prices, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
United States: Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid by us — you won’t have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
United Kingdom: Orders are shipped without prepaid duties. Your local postal service may request VAT or customs handling fees before delivery.
Other countries: Local customs policies may vary. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged Goods
Every parcel is packed with great care. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging and contact us at info@ikkaiceramics.nl within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll work together to find a solution — either a replacement (depending on availability) or a refund (excluding shipping).
