A beautifully smooth ceremonial matcha straight from the mountain valleys of Fujieda in Shizuoka, Japan. This is a first-harvest, organic matcha with a soft umami profile, delicate sweetness, and that gentle creaminess everyone looks for in a good whisked bowl.
It’s vibrant, fresh, and incredibly easy to drink — perfect for everyday matcha lovers and also special enough for those moments you want something a little more refined.
I’ve teamed up with my favourite tea supplier to bring this matcha to you. Even though she specialises in high-quality Chinese teas, she recently began importing Japanese ceremonial matcha — and the moment she mentioned it, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with. Her eye for quality is amazing, and I trust her completely, so this collab felt like the most natural step.
Thanks to her, I can finally offer a matcha that truly fits the IKKAI feeling: pure, thoughtful, and beautifully crafted.

Ceremonial Matcha Quality
Because this is ceremonial grade, it’s made from the very first harvest of the year — shaded for more than 30 days, stone-milled slowly to keep the flavour bright and fresh.
Only young, tender leaves are used, giving you a matcha that’s naturally sweet, vibrant, and full of nutrients.
Why You’ll Love It
Fuji Matcha has this beautifully balanced profile — fresh, green and full of umami, but without the sharp bitterness you sometimes get with lower-grade matcha. It’s smooth and light on the tongue, with a hint of walnut-like sweetness that lingers gently.
The colour is amazing too. When whisked, it becomes a bright green foam that looks just as good as it tastes.
Enjoy it whisked traditionally, or with milk if you prefer a matcha latte. It stays creamy and soft, and the bitterness smooths out into almost a coffee-like depth.
