The glossy green glaze flows naturally across the surface, meeting clear glaze and revealing the warmth of the clay beneath. The green deepens and shifts in tone as it pools, creating subtle movement and depth. Each bowl develops its own surface during firing — no two are ever the same.

About the Mori Series

The word Mori means forest in Japanese — a symbol of depth, stillness, and renewal. This series reflects that spirit through flowing green glazes and warm clay bodies, meeting in surfaces that are always spontaneous and alive.

Each piece is wheel-thrown and glazed by hand, allowing the glaze to move freely and settle in ways that can never be repeated. The Mori Series carries the calm strength of the forest, bringing a touch of green into everyday life.
