Chopstick/Spoon Rest – Mori

These rectangular rests from the Mori Series were made with slow mornings and quiet dinners in mind. I shape each one by hand, one at a time, with soft corners and a clean, simple form. The glossy green glaze  flows naturally over the warm toffee clay—sometimes smooth, sometimes a little wavy—always different, always its own. They also match great with the Hinoki series .

They’re just right for resting your chopsticks or matcha spoon. A small, honest piece that brings a little calm to your table or tea moment.
