This Organic Textured Matcha Bowl is thrown on the pottery wheel, with slip applied to the outside to create its flowing lines and richly textured surface.

The Black Truffle glaze settles around the raised slip decoration, revealing warm black, charcoal and earthy brown tones. The natural shape and rhythmic texture give the bowl a strong, sculptural character.

Please note: The matcha whisk, spoon and whisk holder shown in the photographs are not included, but can be purchased separately.

      The Black Truffle Series is inspired by the deep, earthy tones and natural beauty of black truffles. Its rich matte glaze moves between warm black, charcoal and subtle brown tones as the light changes, giving each piece a quiet depth and understated elegance.

      Many of the pieces are individually carved by hand, creating textured surfaces that catch the light and make the dark glaze feel even more alive. Alongside the smoother forms, each piece is handmade in small batches, allowing the natural variations in the carving, clay and glaze to make every one completely unique.
