Matcha Bowl – Cobalt Blue & Glossy White #01

A wheel-thrown matcha bowl with a soft, sculptural presence. I shaped the clay into a rounded form with flowing ridges and a wide, trimmed foot, then brushed a band of deep cobalt across the middle before covering it in a glossy white glaze. During firing, the cobalt moved and pooled on its own, leaving a vibrant splash pattern that will never repeat.
