This Matcha Bowl turned out a little differently than I first imagined, but I’ve grown to love its quiet charm. The pale pink glaze has a soft, almost dreamy quality, swirling gently across the inside while catching the light on the ridges outside. It feels delicate yet strong, like something that carries both simplicity and character.

The rounded form with sculpted ridges gives it a grounded, tactile feel — comfortable to hold and full of presence. Even if it wasn’t exactly what I had planned, it’s still a piece that feels special, with a warmth that makes it perfect for everyday tea moments or simply to enjoy as a unique handmade bowl.

• Shape: Rounded form with flowing ridges and a wide, trimmed foot for balance
• Size: 8cm height x 11cm diameter
• Capacity: Approx. 500ml
• Finish: Pale pink glaze with subtle variation, highlighting the ridged texture
• Material: Durable stoneware clay, fired at 1222°C

Because this is the only one I’ve made in this color and finish, it is truly one of a kind.
