Simple, timeless, and designed to be used every day. This handmade Medium Bowl is finished in a soft eggshell glaze over speckled stoneware clay. During firing, the natural speckles gently show through the glaze, creating subtle depth and character while maintaining a calm, understated appearance.
The rounded form sits comfortably in the hands, while the generous size makes it perfect for everything from breakfast and salads to ramen, pasta, soups, and shared dishes at the table. The softly trimmed foot and visible throwing lines are gentle reminders that each piece was made by hand on the wheel.

Why You’ll Love It
The beauty of this bowl lies in its simplicity. The soft eggshell glaze creates a calm and understated look, while the subtle speckles beneath the surface add warmth and character.
Its wider shape makes it incredibly versatile. Large enough for generous servings of pasta, ramen, salads, fruit, or shared side dishes, yet elegant enough to leave out on display between meals.
I especially love how the gentle curves catch the light and how the natural speckles become more noticeable the closer you look. It's a piece that feels quiet and uncomplicated but still has plenty of personality.
Like all my work, each bowl is thrown individually on the wheel, making every piece slightly different from the next.
Pair it with our handcrafted wooden spoon for a simple, natural combination that adds warmth to your tea or table ritual.
