Each pasta plate is wheel-thrown in stoneware and finished with a flowing green glaze that drapes softly over the rim, settling naturally across the surface. The glaze moves freely — sometimes pooling into deeper shades of green and blue, other times breaking into lighter, more translucent tones. Always spontaneous. Always unique.

The base is left unglazed, revealing the raw clay beneath — a warm, sandy tone with carved ridges that give the bowl texture and contrast. Inside, the glaze forms quiet waves of shifting colour, reflecting light in a way that feels calm and alive.

Why You’ll Love It

The Salad / Pasta Bowl is made for generous meals. Its open form is perfect for pasta, salads, or any dish that deserves a little more space. Unlike a plate, the bowl gives a touch of depth, making it just as practical for everyday dinners as it is for serving something special.

The Mori glaze brings character to each piece. No two bowls are ever the same — the green glaze flows differently every time, leaving organic patterns and marks that make each plate unique. About the Inyo Series

About the Mori Series

The word Mori means forest in Japanese — a symbol of depth, stillness, and renewal. This series reflects that spirit through its flowing green glaze and warm clay body, meeting in surfaces that are always spontaneous and alive.

Each piece is wheel-thrown and glazed by hand, allowing the glaze to move freely and settle in ways that can never be repeated. The Mori Series carries the calm strength of the forest, bringing a touch of green into everyday life.
