Each bowl is wheel-thrown from warm toffee-colored stoneware and finished with a flowing combination of clear and deep green Mori glaze. Where the two glazes meet, something different happens every time — sometimes bold, sometimes subtle — always one of a kind.

The word Mori means forest in Japanese — a symbol of depth, stillness, and renewal. This series reflects that spirit through flowing green glazes and warm clay bodies, meeting in surfaces that are always spontaneous and alive.

Each piece is wheel-thrown and glazed by hand, allowing the glaze to move freely and settle in ways that can never be repeated. The Mori Series carries the calm strength of the forest, bringing a touch of green into everyday life.
