I managed to grab a few of these plates in the last shop update and I could not be happier! I fell in love with the Inyo series glaze combo the second I saw it months ago, and it is somehow even more stunning in person! The plates themselves are the perfect size and have an incredible hand-feel and I have been using them every day since my order arrived - honestly could not recommend them enough!

I like tea bowls or matcha bowls as a baseline attraction. I usually go for a more curvy profile. Each maker’s version/form gives me something new to appreciate. This has a more rigid form and a clean cut foot than others -and a spout . It is refreshing to add this to my collection. It has a quieter posture of integrity.
I hope this style, Inyo, is getting the customer appreciation it deserves. The more minimal exterior glaze coverage gives a visual and sensory texture change and allows the user to hopefully take a moment and appreciate the clay body as well.
Ik ben echt enorm blij met mijn mooie matcha kom. Het kommetje is prachtig gemaakt en heeft fantastische kleuren. Ik geniet nu nog meer van het maken van mijn matcha.
De bovenkant is wel iets smal, hierdoor is er minder ruimte om te kloppen maar dat is ook even wennen.
